Senior Research Fellow

We are seeking a highly motivated Research Fellow / Senior Research Fellow to join our academic team. The selected candidate will be a core part of the Centers research initiatives, contributing to high-impact scholarship that bridges classical knowledge with contemporary leadership and business education

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-quality applied and academic research on themes related to Prophetic leadership, including business ethics, teaching methodologies, and community development
• Develop and publish case studies, journal articles, policy briefs, and other scholarly outputs.

• Support the integration of research findings into curriculum development for KSBL programs.

  
  

• Collaborate with faculty members, research partners, and international scholars.

  
  

• Provide co-supervision and mentorship to junior researchers.

  
  

• Represent the Center through participation in conferences, seminars, and academic events.

  
  

Required Qualifications

• Masters degree from a recognized university with strong research credentials;

  
  

• PhD holders are highly preferred.

  
  

• 4-7 years of post-graduate experience in academic research or university-level teaching.

  
  

• Demonstrated record of published work in relevant fields (leadership studies, Islamic studies, business education, social sciences, humanities, etc.).
