General Summary:

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior QA Engineer with strong testing fundamentals and automation expertise using Selenium and Java, along with API testing using Rest Assured. The role demands hands-on experience in platform and compatibility testing, modern APIs including GraphQL, and enterprise platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Salesforce. Exposure to AI-enabled features and intelligent platforms is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and Development teams to understand business and technical requirements.
• Lead end-to-end functional, system, integration, regression, and compatibility testing across browsers, devices, and platforms.
• Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver and Java.
• Perform API automation and validation using Rest Assured, including positive, negative, boundary, and security scenarios.
• Validate GraphQL APIs including schema validation, query/mutation testing, and response verification.
• Execute platform compatibility testing across multiple browsers, operating systems, devices, and environments.
• Perform comprehensive testing on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM): 
o Author, Publish, Dispatcher flows
o Component, template, workflow, and content validation
o Integration testing with downstream systems
• Lead Salesforce testing initiatives, including: 
o Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Revenue Cloud
o Functional, regression, and UAT testing
o Validation of configurations, workflows, reports, and integrations
• Support Salesforce automation initiatives using Selenium/Java (and APIs where applicable).
• Build and Test AI-driven and intelligent tool, focusing on: 
o Functional correctness
o Rule execution and recommendations
o Regression impact of AI model changes
• Track, log, and manage defects using tools such as JIRA / HP ALM, ensuring closure with quality standards.
• Provide test status reports, defect metrics, and quality insights to stakeholders.
• Support UAT and Production validation during releases.
• Collaborate effectively with global teams (US / India).

'• 7–10 years of overall QA/testing experience with strong grounding in testing concepts, STLC, and defect management.
• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium automation using Java.
• Solid experience in API testing and automation using Rest Assured.
• Experience testing GraphQL APIs.
• Strong experience in compatibility testing (cross-browser, cross-device, OS).
• Hands-on experience testing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platforms.
• Proven experience in Salesforce testing, especially: 
o Sales Cloud
o Experience Cloud
o Revenue Cloud
• Experience working in Agile / SAFe environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of IT-relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree.
OR
5+ years of IT-relevant work experience without a Bachelor’s degree.
