Senior Platform Engineer Junior (Architect)

Key Responsibilities
* Provide advanced L3/L4 engineering support across Cisco UC platforms (CUCM, Unity Connection, CER).
* Lead platform upgrades, migrations, and lifecycle management initiatives.
* Design and validate dial plan architecture, call routing logic, and redundancy models.
* Engineer and optimize Oracle SBC configurations and SIP trunk integrations.
* Support and validate Microsoft Teams Direct Routing integrations.
* Manage TLS/SRTP encryption and certificate lifecycle management.
* Implement and support SSO and identity integrations with enterprise authentication platforms.
* Support network-level troubleshooting including QoS, RTP flows, and call quality diagnostics.
* Review and approve production-impacting configuration changes.
* Ensure high availability and disaster recovery design validation.
* Collaborate with automation engineers to modernize operational workflows.

Required Qualifications
* 7-10 years of enterprise Unified Communications engineering experience.
* Expert-level proficiency with Cisco CUCM, Unity Connection, SIP trunking, and Oracle SBC.
* Strong experience with Microsoft Teams Direct Routing.
* Advanced understanding of VoIP fundamentals (RTP, SRTP, codecs, QoS).
* Strong SIP ladder analysis and call flow troubleshooting capability.
* Experience managing TLS/SRTP encryption and certificate lifecycle.
* Experience with SSO and identity integrations.
* Strong understanding of ITIL change management and CAB processes.
* Experience operating within regulated financial services environments.
* Working knowledge of Python and Ansible for automation alignment.
* Experience developing and deploying solutions with Microsoft Power Platform.
