INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a Sr. Mechanical Design Engineer to join our dynamic Wellhead and SkidsSolutions team. This role is pivotal in supporting Modular Skid Packages, Wellhead Control Panels, and Pressure Regulation Systems to enhance the safe and efficient operation of oil and gas systems. Description:

• Must know FEED, detailed design of brownfield and green field projects in Oil & Gas industry
• Conduct Piping Stress Analysis to design documentation and deliverables such as piping flexibility and stress reports, nozzle load reports and pipe support load calculations.
• Oversee the material selection process for piping, structures, valves, and buildings
• Selection / design of static and rotary equipment like pressure vessels, Shell/Tube Heat Exchangers, Storage Tanks, Pumps, Compressors.
• Perform design reviews for skids, including stress and structural analysis
• Hands-on experience in piping, instrumentation, and fabrication
• Should have a hands-on experience in technical bid evaluations and comparative analysis. An additional experience in proposals, tenders, and bidding procedure would be a plus.
• Manage project procurement and cost-controlling activities.
• Handle vendor and subcontractor management, ensuring inter-discipline coordination and effective conflict resolution.
• Manage change orders and develop goal-oriented teams to achieve project objectives.
