IBM WebSphere, IIS, SpringBoot, Tomcat - middleware configuration and support
Gitlab Pipelines and Terraform/Ansible - infrastructure as code and CI/CD
AWS and Azure Cloud - provisioning, monitoring, cost management
2. Network Services Engineer
BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP, Port-Channels, ACLs, NAT, DHCP, DNS - routing and switching
UC-VOIP, InfoBlox, Scrum, SDWAN - unified communications and network automation
F5 BIG-IP - strong hands-on knowledge for load balancing and application delivery
3. Java/Cloud Application Support Engineer
Java, SpringBoot, AWS, Openshift - application hosting and runtime environments
Splunk, Dynatrace - monitoring and observability tools
Mainframe knowledge and job scheduler experience
4. .Net / Production Support Engineer
.Net development and SQL
Production support with ITIL framework adherence
Incident, change, and problem management processes
5. ITIL Problem Manager / Governance Lead
ITIL Problem Management practices - root cause analysis, known error database
Governance & Oversight - audit readiness, policy compliance, controls
Process and Procedure Management - SOP creation and process improvement

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or relevant field
ITIL v3/v4 certification preferred
Experience in 24x7 enterprise infrastructure environments
Strong documentation and process management skills
Exposure to cloud-native and hybrid infrastructure setups
