• 5+ years B2B marketing leadership experience (Head of Marketing/Growth Lead/Sr. Manager)
• Proven track record driving growth through paid ads, outbound campaigns, and organic marketing
• Expertise in modern B2B tools: LinkedIn Ads, Meta, Google Ads, HubSpot, analytics platforms
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Experience in service-based or professional industries (preferred)
**Key Success Metrics:**
• Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
• Customer acquisition cost (CAC) and marketing ROI
• Website traffic and conversion rates
