As a Security Architect, a typical day involves designing and establishing a comprehensive cloud security framework and architecture that aligns with organizational objectives and performance standards. This role includes meticulously documenting the deployment of cloud security controls and overseeing the smooth transition to cloud security-managed operations. The position requires continuous evaluation and refinement of security measures to ensure robust protection and compliance within the cloud environment, while collaborating with various teams to support secure business processes and infrastructure.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security architecture aligns with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and assess emerging security threats and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of security policies, standards, and procedures related to cloud environments.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on security best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
- Experience with cloud security frameworks and architecture design.
- Strong understanding of risk management and compliance processes within cloud environments.
- Ability to document and communicate complex security controls and procedures effectively.
- Familiarity with security operations and transition management in cloud settings.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
