An Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate is a skilled Salesforce Developer with 5–10 years of IT experience, including 4+ years in Salesforce development and 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud. They possess strong expertise in Salesforce customization, Apex, Lightning Components, integrations, and customer data management, along with a solid understanding of CRM processes. Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud is preferred. The candidate should be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of delivering scalable, business-focused Salesforce solutions in a cross-functional environment.

Key Competencies:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
• Implement and manage Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, including Data Streams, Identity Resolution, Data Modeling, Calculated Insights, and Segmentation.
• Integrate Salesforce with external enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
• Build and optimize customer data platforms leveraging Data Cloud for unified customer profiles.
• Develop scalable and reusable components following Salesforce best practices.
• Perform data migration, data cleansing, transformation, and synchronization activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure security, scalability, governance, and compliance within Salesforce ecosystems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration challenges.
