Sales Manager

Position: Sales Manager - Fire Protection Industry

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the fire protection industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales within the fire protection industry and possess strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets

- Identify and target potential clients in the fire protection industry through market research and networking

- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals

- Train and mentor sales team members to improve their performance and sales techniques

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities

- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fire protection industry

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
