Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities for ERP software solutions
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and client presentations
• Understand client business needs and recommend customized ERP solutions
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and existing clients
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive customer engagement
• Maintain accurate sales records and submit weekly performance reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
• 2-3 years of proven experience in ERP software sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Results-driven, self-motivated, and proactive mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage sales targets effectively
• Experience with international clients is a strong plus
