- Ability to design scalable and maintainable solutions that align with business and vendor requirements.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to packaged or Software as a Service applications.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
