In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

As a Package Consultant specializing in SAP GRC, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, configuring, and maintaining SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance solutions for clients. You will serve as an expert working directly with customers to deliver high-quality results and provide trusted business advice with a deep understanding of and/or hands-on experience in the system. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Deliver Client-Facing Solutions: Work closely with clients to gather requirements, design and develop solutions, and provide training and support to ensure successful implementation of SAP GRC solutions. * Design and Implement GRC Solutions: Design and implement SAP GRC solutions, including Access Control, Risk Management, and Compliance Management, to meet client-specific needs. * Configure and Customize GRC Modules: Configure and customize SAP GRC modules to meet client requirements, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. * Develop Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base to support SAP GRC solutions and stay up-to-date with the latest trends. * Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, providing expertise and guidance on SAP GRC solutions.

Required technical and professional expertise

* Exposure to SAP GRC Solutions: Hands-on experience with SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance solutions, including Access Control, Risk Management, and Compliance Management. * GRC Module Configuration: Experience configuring and customizing SAP GRC modules to meet client requirements, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. * Solution Design and Implementation: Exposure to designing and implementing SAP GRC solutions to meet client-specific needs, including gathering requirements and providing training and support. * Technical Documentation Development: Experience developing and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge base to support SAP GRC solutions. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Exposure to working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, providing expertise and guidance on SAP GRC solutions.

Preferred technical and professional experience

* SAP Security Approach Knowledge: Exposure to delivering SAP security approaches and leading teams through the development and testing of authorization profiles, configuring or performing security reviews of the SAP GRC Access Controls modules. * GRC Reporting Analysis: Experience reviewing and analyzing reports from SAP GRC Access Control and formulating recommendations. * Governance Frameworks Understanding: Exposure to providing advice on governance frameworks, policies, and procedure documentations around the SAP GRC Access Control modules.
