Core Competencies:

•Responsible for reconciling vendor statements to ensure that all outstanding amounts are matched.
•Book operating expenses & vendor bills, and follow up with the respective teams for monthly expenses to ensure accurate booking.
•Verify that all invoices are accurately booked and have the necessary approvals before processing payments.
•Process payments in compliance with tax laws and regulations.
•Follow up with vendors to obtain Sales Tax annexures for Input Sales Tax purposes.
•Create payment batches after verifying the uploaded payments.
•Prepare and file weekly withholding statements and support the preparation of quarterly tax statements.
•Coordinate with the operations team to clear pending invoices in their workflow, especially before month-end closing.
•Verify suppliers & customers new account opening requests and process them on the Master Data portal.

Requirements:

•Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role, preferably female.
•Must be graduated in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
•Strong knowledge of Tax laws and regulations.
•Excellent Analytical, Interpersonal and Communication Skills
•Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines.
•Proficient in MS Excel.
