The role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Contract Engineer to join our team for a significant Hydropower project based in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in contract administration and claims management within a large-scale project environment.

• Assist in contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support the monitoring of contract performance and compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to track contractual obligations and requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to contracts and claims.
• Assist in the preparation of basic claims documentation & contractual correspondence.

With a track record of achievement in a related role, you will have gained your experience in a consultancy environment and have a passion for building trusted relationships to drive positive change and win new work.

Suitable applicants will have/be:

• Tertiary qualifications or a related discipline (e.g. B.Sc/BE in Civil Engineering)
• Minimum 2 to 5 of relevant experience in contract management or infrastructure/hydropower projects (fresh candidates with strong academic background may also be considered).
• Basic understanding of FIDIC contracts will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant contract management tools.
• Good communication skills (written & verbal)
