About the Team & Business Line:

As a core member of our Reconciliation IT team, you will work with dedicated professionals to ensure our clients maintain access to their critical information assets while keeping Citco ahead of industry trends. In this role you will be part of a critical application that provide reconciliation services to top financial clients across the globe.

Your Role:

• Assess technical practicality of testing solutions in an array of technology platforms.

• Plan, Build, Execute and maintain both manual and automated E2E tests and analyze results.

  
  
• Develop automation test scripts with Python and selenium.
• Knowledge of performance test tools like Jmeter or any other open-source tools.
• Knowledge of performance monitoring tool like Dynatrace. 
• Develop test cases for UI testing using Playwright or Selenium and integrate the results to JIRA using X-Ray.

• Work closely with other developers and business owners to define testing needs.

  
  

• Perform code reviews and ensure the quality of the test cases.

  
  

• Create automation solutions that supports the product and engineering road map.

  
  

• Participate and contribute on all team activities such as Sprint Planning, Sprint Execution, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective.

  
  

• Work with offshore/ distributed teams and mentor junior resources on an as needed basis

  
  

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent. 

  
  

• 5+ years of hands-on software test development experience, including both functional and non- functional test experience within an agile cross-functional team environment.

  
  

• 4+ years of experience with Load/Performance testing of web-based applications and RESTful APIs.

  
  

• 4+ years with any automated testing using Robot Framework or Selenium with 2+ years programming experience in Python/Node.js, preferred

  
  

• 3+ years of experience with UI testing tools like Playwright or Selenium 

  
  

• 1+ year experience with DevOps experience with AWS or any other cloud technology is a plus.

  
  

• Good understanding of Project Management and Test Management tools such as JIRA and X-Ray.

  
  

• Good understanding of code management using git.

  
  

• Knowledge of json, yaml, graphql is a plus

  
  

• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo or CodePipeline is a plus

  
  

• Must be self-motivated and driven, with demonstrated knowledge and skills in: Creativity, technical analysis, problem solving, communication and client service.

  
  

• Knowledge of financial industry is a plus but not required
