About the role

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of business dynamics and a passion for transforming data into impactful visuals? As a Data Visualization Specialist, you’ll contribute to developing clear, compelling visual solutions that support business decision-making. This role requires analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and creativity to turn complex data into meaningful insights.

Your responsibilities

•    Develop global Power BI solutions across the business functions – Corporate Finance, Sales, Category Development, Marketing, Supply Chain, Research & Development and Human Resources
•    Work in a team together with our Business Intelligence Analysts and UX/UI Designers to capture business requirements, identify best solution, create design, and deliver the dashboards and reports
•    Explore the newest features of Power BI, including the preview ones, validate if and how they can be applied in the Reckitt environment
•    Contribute to defining and implementing best practices in Reckitt, being member of the Global Business Intelligence team and Center of Excellence
•    Collaborate with data scientists and prepare compelling visualizations to identify business insights

The experience we're looking for

•    Min. 3 years of industry experience in BI solutions development using Power BI 
•    Programming skills in the following Languages: SQL, DAX
•    Data visualization skills and experience in telling stories based on data
•    Knowledge of Power BI 3rd party software
•    Experience working with large datasets using various data wrangling and visualization tools 
•    Firm grasp of Business Intelligence implementation methodologies and experience with Microsoft Business Intelligence Technology Stack, including MSSQL and Azure Analysis Services
•    Basic experience in multidimensional modeling
•    Hands-on experience in design, build, test, and publishing of Power BI applications to the business community
•    Nice to have a good understanding of Big Data architectures and experience working with Microsoft Fabric
