Infrastructure Data Analyst

What you’ll be doing:

• Possess a passion for growth and excellence, particularly in the realm of designing and developing comprehensive technological solutions for the transportation and infrastructure industry, with a specific focus on structural elements.
  
• Lead the data annotations program, overseeing multiple teams of data annotators.
  
• Responsible for Quality Assurance and timely completion of service delivery projects.
  
• Drive strategic initiative planning, including deliverables, prioritization, and execution.
  
• Define program objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and take ownership of their execution, productivity, efficiency, and reliability metrics.
  
• Manage workforce planning and implement effective workforce management strategies.
  
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams, ensuring the capture, prioritization, and timely delivery of all requirements to support model development and updates.
  
• Effectively communicate the status of the organization, projects, and features to executive stakeholders, cross-functional partners, and beyond.
  
• Ensure ISO compliance, and CMMI processes guidelines observance.
  

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a reputable university.
  
• 3+ years of experience in the field of engineering, or technology related products.
  
• Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities are a must so that the person can take decisions on the spot, and resolve conflicts immediately.
  
• Quick learner and ability to work independently (programming expertise is an added plus).
  
• Having a firm technical mindset with great problem-solving skills.
  
• Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of MS Office Suite.
  
• Ability to present ideas, negotiate and build strong networking with the clients.
  
• Great written and oral communication skills.
  
• Pleasant and presentable personality, with ability to motivate the team and getting the job done.
  
• Possess a strong understanding of relevant software, including 2D and 3D annotation tools, bridge management, and the latest advancements in the field.
  
• Ensure compliance with ISO requirements and adhere to CMMI process guidelines.
