Configure, customize, and enhance IAM platforms (SailPoint, OIM, Entra ID).
* Manage integrations and connectors with HR systems, Active Directory, and applications.
* Troubleshoot platform-level issues and perform root cause analysis.
* Support IAM platform upgrades, patches, and releases.
* Maintain role models, entitlement structures, and identity lifecycle workflows.
* Support operational teams during incidents and major changes

Location - Hyderabad

Deep hands-on expertise in IAM tools and platforms.
* Strong knowledge of LDAP, SCIM, REST APIs.
* Experience with SQL and identity data analysis.
* Strong understanding of identity lifecycle architectures.
* Ability to troubleshoot complex IAM issues end-to-end
