Project Role : Full Stack Engineer
Project Role Description : Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset.

As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining complete system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the development lifecycle to create innovative solutions that enhance client services. The engineer embraces a cloud-first approach and agile methodologies to address complex business challenges, collaborating closely with various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality software products.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to coding standards within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals and deliverables effectively.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, Apache Kafka.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with backend development using Java and related frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services to support scalable application deployment.
- Ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Understanding of database management and optimization techniques.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
