As a Software Engineering Manager, you will: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Oversee the full software development lifecycle — from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
Collaborate with product owners, QA, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and priorities.
Demonstrate strong understanding of SaaS-based products, multi-tenant architecture, and modern cloud infrastructure.
Set and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development processes.
Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and support team members’ career growth.
Drive architectural decisions and ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of systems.
Manage resource planning, workload distribution, and project timelines.
Ensure alignment between business goals and technical strategy.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where relevant.
Promote a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
Assist in hiring, recruiting, and onboarding software engineers to build a strong and capable team.

University Degree or Equivalent 12+ years of relevant experience in software development and 4+ years of experience in leadership role.
Experience in Workforce Management solutions is an added advantage.
