An Ideal Candidate:

Our ideal candidate is in solar project engineer candidate typically possesses a strong background in electrical, mechanical, or renewable energy engineering, coupled with experience in solar system design, project management, and relevant software. They need to demonstrate proficiency in solar energy systems, have a solid understanding of relevant regulations and standards, and be comfortable with problem-solving and communication.

Key Competencies:

Roles and responsibilities:

1. Worked on projects of ground and Roof top Solar projects.

2. In-charge of site operations, working with contractors and subcontractors, and ensuring the project completion as per schedule.

3. Maintain excellent communication with customer and internal teams

4. Controlling all aspects of the project including planning, execution, quality and resource mobilization.

5. Daily material and manpower mobilization and management.

6. Ensuring Quality Control & Quality

Assurance of the material and work being done as per standards

7. Maintaining strict Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) norms and guidelines during construction

8. Maintaining record & documentation of work

and material at site and regular reporting

9. Completion of HOTO activity

10.Site survey and provide technical support to sales team

11. Coordination & Documentation support to the approvals team
