We’re hiring a performance-driven E-Commerce PPC Specialist with deep Amazon advertising experience to help scale revenue across Amazon, Facebook Ads, and email marketing channels.
This role combines hands-on campaign execution with strategic growth marketing across the full customer journey. You will be responsible for optimizing Amazon PPC campaigns, improving product visibility, increasing ROAS, and supporting long-term eCommerce growth through multi-channel marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate understands Amazon Seller Central deeply, thinks analytically, and knows how to combine advertising, conversion optimization, and retention marketing to drive measurable business results.
This is not a passive campaign management role — we’re looking for someone who actively tests, optimizes, scales, and improves performance.
• Build, launch, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display
• Conduct keyword research, bid optimization, and product targeting strategies
• Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven scaling decisions
• Reduce wasted ad spend while improving conversions and profitability
• Support seasonal promotions, launches, and ranking strategies
• Manage and optimize Amazon product listings and marketplace performance
• Monitor product rankings, reviews, inventory health, and listing quality
• Identify marketplace trends and growth opportunities
• Improve listing visibility, CTR, and conversion rates across product pages
• Build and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns
• Align paid social campaigns with Amazon traffic and conversion goals
• Test creatives, audiences, hooks, and offers to improve campaign performance
• Support broader customer acquisition and retargeting strategies
• Build and manage email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar platforms
• Create retention-focused campaigns to improve customer lifetime value (LTV)
• Develop flows for abandoned carts, post-purchase follow-ups, and promotions
• Support cross-channel customer engagement and repeat purchases
• Monitor KPIs across Amazon, Facebook Ads, and email campaigns
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
• Analyze ROAS, CTR, CAC, conversion rates, and revenue performance
• Recommend strategic optimizations based on campaign and customer data
• You are highly analytical and performance-driven
• You understand the full eCommerce customer journey
• You enjoy testing, optimizing, and scaling campaigns
• You can balance strategy with hands-on execution
• You stay current with Amazon advertising trends and platform changes
• You thrive in fast-moving eCommerce environments
• 3+ years of hands-on Amazon PPC management experience
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Ads
• Experience managing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp
• Strong understanding of campaign analytics and performance optimization
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience with fast-growing D2C or eCommerce brands
• Familiarity with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or additional paid media platforms
• Strong copywriting skills for ads and email campaigns
• Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing
• Understanding of customer retention and lifecycle marketing
An E-Commerce PPC Specialist’s day revolves around monitoring campaigns, optimizing performance, and scaling growth opportunities. You will:
