- Lead the integration of custom software components ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline project delivery and optimize resource utilization.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BlueYonder Transportation Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with A&D Aftermarket.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable software architectures.
- Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing complex software systems.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and working across multiple platforms.
