· Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure smooth application performance.

· Document application configurations and customizations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.

· Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.

· Good To Have Skills: C# Programming Language, JavaScript, Microsoft Power Apps.

· Experience in customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet business needs.

· Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other systems.

· Ability to develop and maintain workflows, plugins, and custom connectors within the Microsoft Dynamics environment.

· Understanding database concepts and experience with data migration and management within CRM platforms. 

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
