As a Custom Software Engineer, your day revolves around leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. You serve as the main liaison for project stakeholders, coordinating efforts to ensure the application meets business needs. Your role involves collaborating with various teams to align technical solutions with project goals, managing timelines, and overseeing the implementation process to deliver high-quality software products.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Ensure timely delivery of application components while maintaining quality standards.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in technical challenges.
- Continuously evaluate and improve application performance and user experience.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow App Engine.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
- Experience in configuring and customizing applications within the ServiceNow platform.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and API usage within enterprise environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow App Engine.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
