An Ideal Candidate:

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience (3 years relevant) in change management or transformation roles
• Strong global stakeholder management experience
• Demonstrated problem-solving capability
• Solid project management skills
• Comfortable working in matrix and fast-paced environments

Key Requirement

• Must have experience in a fast-paced technology-driven environment

Preferred Background

• Fintech or pharma experience preferred
• Exposure to rapid organizational change environments
• Tech experience does not need to be in gaming or Flutter’s specific sector

Not Preferred

• Manufacturing or operations-heavy backgrounds

• Support end-to-end change activities for new hubs being set up in Hyderabad
• Coordinate the overall change journey for new hires and local leadership teams
• Partner closely with business leaders to ensure smooth transition and adoption
