The Business Support Manager (BSM) is responsible for supporting sales and business operations by enabling providing strategic and operational support to sales team The role focuses on driving operational excellence, supporting business performance and target achievement, and ensuring strong alignment across sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
Acting as a key enabler.
The position requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to support business strategies and enhance productivity.
What Does Business Support Manager Do?
Manage end-to-end business reporting, including daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Generate business insights to support management decision-making and strategy formulation.
Support target setting and track achievement against assigned business goals.
Manage and monitor sales pipeline, forecasts, and deal progress.
Prepare high-quality presentations for management reviews and leadership forums.
Track regional / business achievement and highlight gaps, risks, and opportunities.
Support regional business operations and ensure alignment between sales and support functions.
Enable marketing initiatives, campaigns, and business events in coordination with marketing teams.
Support planning and execution of events, activations, and sales enablement activities.
Manage and validate commissions, incentives, and performance payouts in coordination with finance teams.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across all reporting and dashboards.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements through automation and analytics.

Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in telecom in a similar business support or sales operations role.
Strong exposure to regional operations and sales support environments.
Key Skills & Competencies: Excellent presentation and communication skills .
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Hands-on experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint , and reporting tools.
Working knowledge of SQL, Tableau / Power BI , and CRM systems.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under tight timelines.
Strong attention to detail with a results-oriented mindset
