Business Intelligence (BI) Administrator

* Assist in installing, configuring, and administering BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, MicroStrategy, TRIX or similar tools.
* Monitor BI servers, gateways, and scheduled refreshes to ensure optimal performance.
* Manage user access, roles, permissions, and workspace settings.
* Support business users with dashboard access, data refresh issues, and basic troubleshooting.
* Work with Data Engineers and Analysts to ensure availability and accuracy of data sources.
* Maintain documentation for system configurations, workflows, and processes.
* Assist in version upgrades, backups, and system audits.
* Participate in system testing, performance monitoring, and process automation initiatives.

* Internship or academic project in BI, data analytics, or database management.
* Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) is an advantage.
* Basic understanding of data warehousing concepts.

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field.
* Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
* Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik (academic or project-based experience acceptable).
* Knowledge of data visualization concepts and ETL basics is a plus.
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
