About The Role

We're looking for an experienced AWS AI/ML Practice Lead to own technical direction and client delivery of agentic AI solutions built on AWS — from pre-sales architecture through production deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and whiteboarding sessions, translating business problems into agentic AI architectures on AWS
• Design end-to-end solution architectures using Bedrock, SageMaker, Step Functions, Lambda, and EventBridge
• Build cost models, effort estimates, and technical proposals; support sales team on client calls and RFPs
• Own technical delivery of agentic AI engagements from kickoff to production, leading blended engineering teams
• Set architecture standards, conduct code reviews, manage technical risk, and enforce CI/CD and IaC best practices
• Serve as primary technical point of contact for clients during active engagements
• Build reusable reference architectures, accelerators, and PoC assets for agentic AI on AWS
• Mentor the AWS CoE team on AI/ML services, agentic design patterns, and production deployment practices.
