About The Role We're looking for an experienced AWS AI/ML Practice Lead to own technical direction and client delivery of agentic AI solutions built on AWS — from pre-sales architecture through production deployment.
Key Responsibilities Lead technical discovery and whiteboarding sessions, translating business problems into agentic AI architectures on AWS Design end-to-end solution architectures using Bedrock, SageMaker, Step Functions, Lambda, and EventBridge Build cost models, effort estimates, and technical proposals; support sales team on client calls and RFPs Own technical delivery of agentic AI engagements from kickoff to production, leading blended engineering teams Set architecture standards, conduct code reviews, manage technical risk, and enforce CI/CD and IaC best practices Serve as primary technical point of contact for clients during active engagements Build reusable reference architectures, accelerators, and PoC assets for agentic AI on AWS Mentor the AWS CoE team on AI/ML services, agentic design patterns, and production deployment practices.
Provident Fund (PF): 5% of the basic salary will be deducted after the probation period.
