Associate Consultant - CRM

About the Role
Systems Limited is looking for a Dynamics CRM Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in both functional and technical aspects of Microsoft Dynamics CRM across On-Premise and Cloud environments. The role involves implementing, customizing, and integrating CRM solutions to support business processes across Sales, Service, and Marketing domains.

Requirements

• Strong functional knowledge of Dynamics CRM modules including Sales, Service, and Marketing (On-Premise & Cloud)

  
  
  

• Experience working with Customer Insights

  
  
  

• Expertise in customizing entities including forms, views, and fields

  
  
  

• Hands-on experience with plugins, actions, and workflows

  
  
  

• Experience integrating web services with Dynamics CRM

  
  
  

• Ability to work on both On-Premise and Cloud CRM environments

  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

  
  
  

• Proven experience as a Dynamics CRM Techno-Functional Consultant

  
  
  

• Strong understanding of CRM architecture, customization, and integrations

  
  
  

• Good problem-solving and communication skills
