As an Assistant Operations Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of optimizing our operations, leading field teams, and ensuring seamless service delivery as we continue to drive growth and transform the automotive sector in Pakistan. Be a key part of this exciting revolution!

Job Responsibility:

● Manage multiple teams of technicians/engineers in field
● Motivate team members to achieve better performance
● Review team member performance and provide timely feedback
● Monitor on field  team performance & keep a strict check
● Building relationship with car dealers
● Ensure Customer satisfaction
● Provide reports to data entry team and make sure all cars data entered is accurate
● Hire resources to add more teams in the city as per the requirement
● Add more cities in near region considering the potential in mind

Qualifications:

●  Must have strong communication and organizational skills
●  Work with a consistent sense of urgency
●  Able to prioritize and successfully handle several tasks at once
●  Must be a self-starter and ability to work with minimal instruction
●  Able to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations
●  Accurate with attention to detail

Additional Skills
●  Automotive sales and Automotive knowledge will be preferred
