Ensure the smooth operation of all building functions.
•Assist with solving building service-related problems
•Liaise with maintenance service provider ,to maintain all function soft building including HVAC, Chillers, Generators, Fire fighting system, FAS/PAS, security systems, water treatment processes, Compressors, Lift, Structural , plumbing, and mechanical systems, hydraulic system & Office Equipment's.
•Assist with the management of facility projects–repairs, maintenance, minor and major works.
•To operate and Maintain ATF , HSD, Liquid Nitrogen yards
•Lead troubleshooting of utility equipment malfunctions and perform root cause analysis (RCA)
•Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and MS Office
•Knowledge of regulatory audits Working out various requirements with respect to utilities, machines, manpower & overall operation
Monitor and utilize the Building Security System.

Supervise external contractors and suppliers to ensure work is completed on time and meets quality standards.
•Work closely with Facilities Managers and other staff to support a fully function all facility.
Background in or knowledge of mechanical engineering
Experience with Smart Asset(Facilities Maintenance Management System),building monitoring systems.
Experience working in a orange/Red category industry environment
