Overview Responsible for regular maintenance & trouble shooting of electrical & instrumentation equipment and preventive maintenance of all types of electrical & instrumentation equipment mainly for process and packaging equipment Responsibilities The required candidate would be responsible for maintenance & troubleshooting of electrical & instrumentation equipments, including, LT & HT switchgear, Field panels, motors, PLCs, VFDs, MCC, panels and process instruments. During annual maintenance or breakdowns, candidate would be responsible for troubleshooting and maintenance of all associated electrical & instrumentation parts & equipment’s installed on the process and utilities equipment. And to coordinate with internal external stake holders where required for seamless execution. The candidate should be fully versed & knowledgeable about all type of maintenance, having good trouble shooting techniques to minimize MTTR & must be familiar with SAP / CMMS. He would also be responsible for developing/implementing the SOPs for the electrical & instrumentation equipment’s. Computer knowledge is essential. Flexibility and endurance in a challenging environment are the key for this job. To ensure maximum MTBF and minimum MTTR for process breakdowns. Ensure compliance of HSE rules and procedure as per PepsiCo safety policy Qualifications DAE Electrical with 5-7 years of experience OR B.Tech Electrical with 3-4 years of experience
