Application Analyst - IDD Systems

Required (Must-Have)

• Autodesk Plant 3D — user support and project administration
• AutoCAD and AutoCAD Electric — general user support
• ITSM tooling — ServiceNow or equivalent (incident, change, problem mgmt)
• Engineering design process knowledge — P&ID, piping, or instrument background
• Windows Server environments — ability to triage application-level issues
• Strong documentation and runbook maintenance discipline

Recommended (Strong Advantage)

• AVEVA Engineering or E3D — basic user/admin familiarity (accelerates L2 escalation handling)
• ETAP or Caesar II — user-level understanding of electrical/stress analysis workflows
• Navisworks and Recap — model review and clash detection support
• Autodesk license management (Network Licence Manager / Vault)
• OpenText Databook’s — user-level document management support
• PowerBI or SSRS — ability to run and maintain engineering reports
• Gas or utility industry process familiarity
