We're partnering with a leading technology consultancy to find a Senior IPA Developer with deep UiPath expertise to join their growing automation practice in Muscat.

Discover the Role

You'll take the lead on designing, developing, testing, and maintaining UiPath automation solutions for enterprise clients. Beyond delivery, you'll mentor junior team members, manage project timelines, and be a trusted advisor on all things RPA.

• Designing and implementing UiPath workflows using UiPath Studio and related tools.

  
  

• Troubleshooting and debugging automation solutions to meet client expectations.

  
  

• Building custom activities and reusable components to improve efficiency.

  
  

• Collaborating with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to integrate solutions.

  
  

• Leading code reviews and QA activities to ensure adherence to best practices.

  
  

• Supporting business case development for further RPA adoption.

  
  

• Mentoring junior developers and contributing to their RPA skill development.

  
  

• Managing project documentation and ensuring knowledge transfer to clients.

Discover the Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development or automation using RPA tools.

  
  

• Minimum 3 years of UiPath development experience.

  
  

• UiPath RPA Developer Advanced Certification (UiARD) — mandatory.

  
  

• Strong UiPath Documents understanding skills.

  
  

• Experience with IDP, OCR, AI/ML technologies (UiPath, ABBYY, Google, Microsoft).

  
  

• Programming skills in C#.Net, VB.NET, C++, Python, or Java.

  
  

• Scripting experience: PowerShell, VBA, VBScript, Bash.

  
  

• Database knowledge (SQL, NoSQL) and API experience.

  
  

• Telecom industry background is a must.

  
  

• Agile delivery experience and excellent communication skills.
