الوصف الوظيفي

The General Manager (GM) serves as the strategic business leader for all aspects of restaurant operations within the Oman market. The GM is responsible for executing business plans aligned with organizational goals, driving profitability, increasing market share, and ensuring brand consistency and operational excellence. This role requires a high level of strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and leadership across departments and brands.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Business Development

  • Lead and oversee the complete operations of the organization in Oman, ensuring alignment with the overall strategic plan.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies, including expansion of current brands and introduction of new restaurant concepts.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Represent the organization in dealings with stakeholders, government entities, shareholders, and joint venture partners.
  • Ensure that all business plans are data-driven, aligned with long-term goals, and adaptable to market dynamics.

Operational Management

  • Ensure the successful execution of business strategies and continuously evaluate performance to optimize results.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage daily operations to achieve operational excellence and financial targets.
  • Review brand and branch performance regularly, implementing improvements as needed.
  • Develop and maintain monthly management systems focused on KPIs to drive accountability and performance.
  • Oversee budget planning, financial forecasting, and resource allocation.

Sales, Marketing & Revenue Generation

  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to create revenue-generating strategies that support market expansion and brand visibility.
  • Optimize the overall sales and revenue management strategy to deliver sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and business partners to support strategic goals.

Talent Development & Organizational Culture

  • Determine staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment to support business objectives.
  • Create and promote learning and development opportunities for all employees.
  • Mentor, guide, and develop both direct and indirect reports to build strong leadership and team capability.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.
