Quality Control (QC) Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a Quality Control (QC) Specialist for our laboratory and factory operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our electronic circuits, boards, chips, and other components used in lighting products and electrical items.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and analyze electronic circuits, boards, chips, and components for quality assurance.
• Identify and report defects, inconsistencies, and faults in raw materials and finished products.
• Conduct root cause analysis to determine the reasons behind product failures.
• Develop and implement corrective and preventive measures for recurring issues.
• Perform regular quality checks during the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and reports.
• Collaborate with the production team to address and resolve quality issues promptly.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements and product enhancements.
• Stay updated on quality control standards and technologies relevant to electronic components.
