الوصف الوظيفي

  1. Develop, maintain, and implement procurement strategies for the responsible materials/services to ensure high-quality delivery.
  2. Carry out activities related to RFQ, RFP, and RFI, and be responsible on developing supplier selection methods.
  3. Responsible for establishing and maintaining the general relationship with suppliers, including certification, selection, performance management, portfolio management, collaboration, and development.
  4. Sign contracts and agreements with suppliers according to the procurement process and authorization regulations.
  5. Build a good internal control environment, implement internal control management requirements, and ensure operation security.

المهارات

Skill & Experience Required


  1. At least 1-3 years working experience in procurement domain. Be familiar with procurement process (supplier qualification, supplier selection and contracts) and related IT system operations.
  2. Basic commercial knowledge, including but not limited to international trade, contract clauses, compliance requirements, and business etiquette.
  3. Basic financial knowledge, be able to understand financial reports, and can apply the financial knowledge to negotiation, risk analysis, and trend judgment. Understand the basics of cost accounting.
  4. Fluent in English required and any Chinese speakers will be a plus


Education


Bachelor degree, Preferable Engineering in Electrical/Telecommunication or any relevant field.
