Country Director (PV & BESS)

I’m supporting a leading C&I PV & BESS company in the search for a Country Director to lead and scale operations in Romania. This role owns the full country strategy, from market expansion and project origination to P&L leadership and team building.

The Country Director will drive growth in PV, BESS & energy efficiency, manage permitting‑to‑commissioning execution, oversee EPC partners, and represent the company with authorities, regulators, and key stakeholders.
