Job Title: Construction Finishing Supervisor - Luxury Residential Project
Location: Abuja, Nigeria
Salary: USD 50,000 - 60,000 per annum

About the Role:
We are on a look out for an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Finishing Supervisor to join our clients team, for a high-end luxury residential development in Abuja, Nigeria. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a landmark luxury project, delivering impeccable finishes and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all finishing activities on site (e.g., ceiling, screeding, painting, tiling, carpentry, joinery, MEP finishing, etc.)Ensure workmanship meets luxury standards and client expectationsMonitor schedules and manage subcontractors to meet project deadlinesConduct regular inspections and quality control checksCollaborate closely with project managers, architects, and consultantsMaintain site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with local regulations
Requirements:
10-15 years' experience in finishing supervision for high-end residential mid to high rise building projects with recent work experience on the developer sideMust have bachelor's degree in civil engineering, or a related fieldAdditional certifications in construction supervision or interior finishing are a plusProven ability to manage multiple finishing trades and snaggingExcellent communication and leadership skills
