Works Supervisor Technician | Casablanca (Morocco)

As a Works Supervisor Technician, you will be responsible for the operational management and monitoring of the construction site, particularly in the field of office space fitting out.

In this role, your tasks will include:

• Ensuring the preparation, organization, and monitoring of the construction site

• Coordinating the various stakeholders (Companies/architect/engineering firms)

• Ensuring that deadlines, budget, and quality of work are met

• Reading and interpreting technical plans

• Ensuring administrative follow-up of construction sites (reports, meeting minutes, schedules)

• Guaranteeing compliance with current safety and regulatory standards

• Participating in site meetings and reporting to management

• Bac +2 (Associate's degree or equivalent) in Civil Engineering, Construction or equivalent

• Professional experience of at least 7 years in a similar role

• Proven experience in office fitting out or secondary works

• Mastery of works supervision techniques

• Good knowledge of safety and construction standards

• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills

• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team

• Good level of communication in French (oral and written)

• Proficiency in computer tools (Pack Office, AUTOCAD)
