Versatile Telecom Site Acceptance Technicians (M/F) | Rabat (Morocco)

Need versatile 3G/4G telecom site acceptance technicians. Their main tasks would be:
- Radio and transmission/FH control and acceptance: VSWR measurements, Fiber optic/OTDR measurements, radio tests, antenna orientation, 3G/4G function tests, alarms, cabling, etc.
- Site environment control and acceptance: checking battery banks/MDF connections/Generators/Power cabinets, electrical measurements, grounding, safety devices, checking air conditioning splits, etc.
- Civil engineering control and acceptance: construction of shelters/equipment rooms/generator rooms and pylons according to standards, compaction of concrete slabs/foundations, checking waterproofing/painting, anti-fall systems, etc.
- Validation of fiber optic routes and detailed preliminary design plans.
- Inspection of linear civil engineering/fiber optic cable measurements.
- Fiber optic cable control.
- Fiber optic pit control: lengths, widths, positioning, etc.
- Control of depths and surface repairs.
- Verification of site installations and constructions against as-builts/BoQ and specifications.
- Filling in site issues on checklists, formatting site documentation, writing acceptance reports, and providing daily reporting to the project manager.

The technician should have the following qualifications:

- Associate's degree (BAC+2) in networks/telecom with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field.
- Knowledge of 3G/4G technologies, skills in telecom site environment/civil engineering, and proficiency with measurement tools such as site master, multimeter, OTDR, etc.
- Good communication skills, meticulousness, good reporting quality to management (both oral and written).
- Necessary skills for working at heights (40m, 60m, etc.).

- Category B driver's license with frequent field travel.
