Context of the opportunity:

• As part of the evolution and management of 3D Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solutions, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to work within a product team dedicated to on-premise infrastructures and user environments.
• The context is strongly focused on agility, with close collaboration between internal teams and an international English-speaking supplier.

Job description:

• The Project Manager's main mission will be to ensure the successful implementation of 3D VDI solutions, ensuring they meet user needs, technical constraints, and expected quality standards.
• He/she will be responsible for the overall project management and coordination of the development teams.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage the project from start to finish in an agile context
• Supervise and coordinate development teams (internal and external)
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and project milestones
• Ensure the quality of deliverables and adherence to deadlines
• Communicate with stakeholders (business, technical, suppliers)
• Prepare and lead monitoring and steering committees
• Identify and manage project risks
• Provide regular and structured reporting on progress
• Ensure alignment between user needs and implemented solutions

Profile sought:

• Proven experience in complex IT project management
• Knowledge of VDI environments and virtualised infrastructures
• Experience in demanding technical contexts (VDI, GPU, Linux)
• Excellent coordination skills for multi-stakeholder teams
• Good command of Agile methodologies
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Ability to interact with international teams

Technical environment:

• A good understanding of the following ecosystem is required:
• VMware Horizon / Omnissa VDI Solutions
• Virtualisation environments with shared GPUs (NVIDIA)
• Linux operating systems, with a strong focus on RedHat (RHEL)
• Virtual desktop environments (3D VDI / high performance)
