Transport Planner | Casablanca (Morocco)

We are looking for a transport planner to plan, monitor, and supervise national and international transport operations.

Tasks:

Plan trips on various information systems;
Prepare and check customs and transport documents.
Manage relationships with all stakeholders in the operations process.
Ensure operations comply with international regulations.
Track payments and invoices related to transactions.
Resolve logistical problems and customer complaints.
Keep databases and operational records up to date.
Train and empower the driver team on instructions and procedures to follow for each client;
Analyze performance and suggest improvements.
Ensure better optimization of transport costs and deadlines… 

Profile: Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or higher
Degree in logistics or related field
Experience: Minimum 3 years
Good command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
Ability to communicate clearly in writing and orally
