Trainer | Tanger (Morocco)

The main goal of this position is to design, deliver, and evaluate relevant and high-quality training programs, aligned with the strategic needs of the company and the evolution of the oil and gas sector. It is about ensuring the acquisition and strengthening of employees' knowledge, know-how, and soft skills, thus promoting their skill development and professional growth.

Your main tasks will include the educational design of training modules adapted to the specificities of the job, the planning and organization of training sessions, as well as their facilitation for different audiences. You will also be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of the training provided and producing innovative educational materials. Constant monitoring of best practices in training and sector developments will be necessary.

You hold a degree of Master's degree (Bac +5) or higher, ideally in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or Training. Your background has allowed you to develop solid expertise in educational engineering and educational sciences.

A professional experience of 3 to 5 years in similar roles is required. Knowledge of the Oil / Gas sector would be a considerable asset, demonstrating your ability to understand the specific challenges of this environment.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to adapt your speech to different audiences, as well as strong aptitude for teaching and facilitation are essential. You master adult training techniques and have good knowledge of digital tools applied to training. Proactivity, autonomy, and a strong sense of organization will complete your profile.
