Telecom Asset Project Manager – Mobile Radio | Rabat (Morocco)

• Management of administrative authorizations: Follow-up of files with TowerCos and deployment project managers.
• Management of TowerCo lease terminations: Coordination with all stakeholders to ensure effective follow-up.
• Management of field technical assistance deliverables: Ensure the quality and delivery of documents needed for field teams and partners.
• Management of contractual deliverables: Management of documents in dedicated tools (ALLIANCE & GEDI) for sites transferred to VDR teams.

Key activities:

• Monitoring and quality control of deliverables (DIUO, APD, terminations...).
• Facilitating and preparing follow-up meetings, writing detailed minutes.
• Weekly reporting on mission progress.
• Supporting partners and escalating blocking points to DPT referents.
• Participating in the preparation of the department's monthly newsletter.

• Bachelor's degree (Bac +4/5) in Telecoms or Asset Management.
• Confirmed experience (6-9 years) in asset management, Towerco, MMO, operator, or telecom consultant.
• Very good knowledge of 3G/4G/5G mobile networks and the deployment stages of a radio site.
• Proficiency in office tools and data export (Excel, PowerPoint, BI...) and Bouygues Telecom tools (RESO, GEDI...).
• Ability to manage cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams.
• Rigor, organization, curiosity, and teamwork.
