Technical / Solution Architect (M/F) | Rabat, Rabat-Salé-Kénitra, Maroc (Morocco)

We are looking for an experienced Technical / Solution Architect to support the design and evolution of our application and infrastructure architectures.

You will be a cross-functional technical referent, ensuring the consistency, performance, and security of the implemented solutions.

Your missions:

• Define and design technical architectures (microservices, distributed architectures, event-driven, etc.)

• Lead and support development teams

• Participate in technology choices and architectural standards

• Oversee deployments and industrialization (CI/CD)

• Conduct technical audits (quality, security, performance)

• Ensure consistency between application architecture and infrastructure

Technical environment:

• Backend: Java 11+, Spring Boot / Quarkus

• Architecture: Microservices, Clean/Hexagonal

• Containerization: Docker

• Orchestration: Kubernetes

• CI/CD: Git, continuous integration pipelines

• Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB

• Messaging: Kafka / RabbitMQ

• Networks & Security: HTTP, TLS, reverse proxy, OAuth2/JWT

Profile sought:

• 12+ years of experience, including several years in architecture design

• Solid Java backend expertise

• Good understanding of Cloud & Kubernetes infrastructures

• Ability to see the big picture while remaining operational

• Technical leadership and excellent interpersonal skills
