As a Logistics Agent, your main tasks will be:
1. Follow-up of different repairs with the workshops: mechanical and bodywork. Entry of repair orders on DMS (opening and closing)
2. Placing orders with the PDR department for new vehicles & service vehicles & company cars and follow-up of PDR receipts (cases of claims, damage noted on delivery, lack of accessories on delivery...)
3. Follow-up of quality actions and warranty files for new vehicles at CAC:
4. Maintain a weekly tracking sheet of damages noted on new vehicles for which they are immobilized on Salesforce
5. Respond to all delivery non-conformities noted by the service provider within the day. Communicate with the concerned customers to give them visibility on the delivery (or the immobilization which will be visible on Salesforce)
6. Manage insurance files for new vehicles & service vehicles & company cars
7. Manage priorities and emergencies in a dynamic environment
8. Regularly keep the fleet manager informed and apply his directives
9. Ensure collaboration and communication with the different departments of the company
- Bac +2 minimum in automotive mechanics, logistics, or equivalent field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive sector, ideally in a similar position.
- Good command of the Office Pack, especially Excel (spreadsheets, filters, basic formulas).
- Knowledge of automotive mechanics
- Good ability to work under pressure and manage unexpected situations.
- Available, reactive, rigorous.
