As part of our international service center in Casablanca, we are recruiting a passionate, curious, and demanding Tech lead Java/Angular (M/F) for new technologies.

Within a dynamic project team for LegalEntityRef (the group's B2B repository. A tool for cataloging, managing, and organizing companies), you will be responsible for:

- Developing application modules
- Ensuring clean code production, integrating industrialization tools, and verifying application consistency
- Analyzing and implementing proposed solutions and user stories
- Providing technical support to the development team
- Contributing to micro-services decomposition and deployment via GITLAB CI CD
- Contributing to production releases
- Writing technical documentation
- Analyzing and correcting feedback after testing phases
- Designing robust and scalable technical architectures.
- Performing code reviews and providing feedback to developers.
- Training and mentoring junior developers on best practices and techniques.
- Participating in the definition of development standards and coding conventions.
- Collaborating with product teams to ensure technical solutions meet business needs.
- Monitoring application performance and proposing optimizations.

With a higher education in IT, you have 10 years or more of experience as a technical referent or expert in the design, architecture, and Agile development:

• Java 21
• GITLAB CI CD
• Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Batch
• Database Manager, Oracle, Postgresql

Skills sought:

Java 21 technical expertise (Java 11 minimum) and various frameworks: spring boot, ioc, data

• Angular technical expertise
• Referent in code quality
• Deployment expertise via GITLAB CI CD

Also, knowledge of the Telecom domain (Enterprise client domain and repositories) will be a plus.
